About

I run the phones. Then I build the fix.

I'm Travis Jones, an Arizona operator who manages a contractor's lead center every day and builds the AI tools that keep it from leaking jobs.

The short version

I've sat in the seat your CSRs sit in.

I manage the lead center and scheduling at a Phoenix-area home-service contractor. My team answers and books every inbound lead: phone calls, web forms and lead services. Every day I see exactly where jobs slip away: the call that rings out at 6 PM, the voicemail nobody owns, the callback that happens a day too late.

So I started building the tools my team needed, using AI coding tools: a dialer, caller lookup, a scheduling extension for the calendar, lead routing, and CSR training that turns our SOPs into scored practice calls with an AI voice. They're in use every day.

I also teach owners and office staff to use AI on their real work. One accounting team finished a two-week project in an afternoon.

The Technomancer is how I bring that to other home-service companies. It starts with a free look at how your phones actually get answered, and goes only as far as your numbers justify.

How I work

Four rules I don't break.

  1. Measure before I sell

The Leak Check and the audit come first. If your phones are fine, I'll tell you, and you don't owe me anything.

  2. Fix what you already run

I work inside the phone system and CRM you pay for today. New software only when the numbers call for it.

  3. You own everything

Every script, dashboard and AI setup lives in your accounts, with written how-tos your team can follow.

  4. Only claim what's real

Every number I show you is measured or labeled as an estimate. That goes for this website too.

Who you'd work with

I run the phones. Then I build the fix.

I'm Travis Jones. I manage the lead center and scheduling at a home-service contractor: the team that answers and books every inbound lead. I build the tools that team works in, using AI coding tools.

Before that: 7 years at GoDaddy in sales and tier-3 support, and a top-10 RadioShack store manager. I've worked the phones and I build the tools, so you get both in one person.

What I builtResult in a working call center
Caller lookup on every ringAn existing customer's job opens as they call: 10–30 seconds saved per call
Scheduling sidebar on the calendarRolled out company-wide; storm-week bookings nearly doubled (my estimate)
Calendar automationA daily 45–60 minute task cut to 10–15 minutes
Dialer with lead lockingEach rep works 100–200 calls a day; no two reps call the same lead
CRM search by claim numberThe insurance team can find any job by claim number for the first time
AI coaching for office staffAccounting finished a two-week project in an afternoon
