These terms cover your use of thetechnomancer.ai, run by Travis Jones Marketing LLC, an Arizona company. By using the site you agree to them.

Information, not advice

The content on this site is general information about lead response and business systems. It isn't legal, financial or tax advice.

Calculators are estimates

The calculators show estimates from the numbers you enter and from published averages that we cite. They are not a measurement of your business and not a promise of results. The Leak Check and the audit measure the real thing.

Services are covered by a signed agreement

Prices on this site are starting prices. Paid services begin only after we both sign a written agreement, which sets the scope, price, timing and terms. If anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement controls. The audit guarantee works like this: if a delivered audit doesn't identify at least $15,000 a year in estimated lost jobs, using your own data, job values and close rates, we refund the full audit fee. The signed agreement has the exact wording.

Who we work with

We don't take Arizona roofing companies as clients, including Arizona companies that also sell roofing.

Our content

The text, design and tools on this site belong to Travis Jones Marketing LLC. You may share links to it, but please don't copy the site or its tools. Work we build for a client under a signed agreement belongs to that client as the agreement describes.

Links

We link to outside sources so you can check our numbers. We don't control those sites.

Limits

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Travis Jones Marketing LLC isn't liable for losses from using this site or relying on its estimates.
