Privacy policy

The Technomancer is a service of Travis Jones Marketing LLC, an Arizona company ("we", "I"). This policy explains what information this website and our services collect and how it is used. Questions: info@thetechnomancer.ai.

What we collect

• Request form. When you send a request, we receive what you type: your name, company, trade, state, main phone line, email, website form page, notes, the service you picked, and, if you used the calculator, its estimate.
• Calculators. The calculators run in your browser. Your numbers are not sent to us unless you send a request, in which case the summary estimate is included.
• Site analytics. We may use privacy-focused analytics that count page views and visits in aggregate. They don't use advertising cookies or build a profile of you.
• Email. If you email us, we receive your message and address.

How we use it

• To reply to you and deliver the service you asked for.
• For a Leak Check: to place test calls and submit a test form to the business line and form you give us.
• To improve this website.

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it except with the service providers that run this site and our email (for example our website host and email provider), and when the law requires it.

Client data from audits and installs

For an audit we use read-only access or exports of your call tracking and CRM data, only to deliver the audit. We delete exported data within 30 days after delivery, or after the engagement ends for other services, unless your signed agreement says otherwise. Call recordings are reviewed only to grade and coach.

How long we keep it

Requests and email are kept as long as needed to work with you and keep basic business records. Ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless we must keep it by law.

Your choices

You can ask what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing info@thetechnomancer.ai.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't directed to children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
