Before you ask

Do my CSRs find out about the Leak Check calls?

No. You sign up and give me your main line and web form. Your team handles my calls like any other customer, which is the point.

What access do you need for the audit?

Read-only exports or a read-only login for your call tracking and CRM. Nothing changes in your systems during the audit, and I delete your data when it's delivered.

Do I have to buy new software?

No. Everything is built on the tools you already pay for. If a fix needs something new, the audit says so and prices it before you decide.

Who owns what you build?

You do. It lives in your accounts and comes with written how-tos, so your team can run it themselves.

Do you work with roofers in Arizona?

No. I work in Arizona roofing, so I take roofing clients outside Arizona only. Arizona companies in other trades are welcome, as long as they don't also sell roofing.

What does "travel at cost" mean for the Build Week?

Flights, hotel and a rental car billed at what they actually cost, with receipts. No markup. A 50% deposit holds the dates.
